Review – Horrible Bosses

Short Take: Simple and Funny. Perhaps too cathartic for some.
Director: Seth Gordon
Screenwriters: Michael Markowitz, John Frances Daley
Cast: Jason Bateman, Jason Sudeikis, Charlie Day, Kevin Spacey, Jennifer Aniston, Colin Farrell, Jaimie Foxx
Length: 1 hour, 40 minutes
Synopsis: Three men decide to kill their bosses when the constant abuse they suffer at work pushes them over the edge. Dave Harken (Spacey) passes up Nick (Bateman) for a promotion, Bobby Pellitt (Farrell) threatens to destroy the chemical company Kurt (Sudeikis) once hoped to run, and horny dentist Julia Harris (Aniston) sexually terrorizes Dale (Day). Though their plans fail in increasingly absurd ways, the results are not necessarily bad.
“Arrested Development” script in the works
Fox Searchlight and Imagine Entertainment are teaming together to produce a feature-length version of their hit TV show Arrested Development.
“Arrested Development” creator Mitchell Hurwitz and his co-executive producer James Vallely are working on a screenplay for the long-debated feature version of their short-lived Fox series. Even as they prep a new Fox comedy series with “Arrested” star Will Arnett, the writers are spinning more bizarre encounters for the eccentric, spoiled Bluth clan for possible feature production in the spring.” – Hollywood Reporter
Hurwitz reportedly claimed that he wont invest his time into writing the script until the entire original cast had signed on and committed themselves to the project. It is unknown which or how many cast members are interested in returning.
